The SYN Bar Muscle-Up Programme is designed for Athletes who are looking to achieve the power development & co-ordination for their first 3 unbroken reps of the Bar Muscle-Up with clean form.
The SYN Handstand Push Up Programme will teach all the fundamental aspects of the HSPU. Over the course of a 12 week cycle, athletes will build the shoulder power to perform their first reps with their back to the wall.
