On a good day, you can link a few repetitions, but it requires a ton of effort, you tire very quickly, and you're lacking the structure to improve at a consistent pace.

If you are lacking in this strength, you are much better off investing in our Fundamentals Introduction week, and then the Level 1A programme.
This programme is 3 training sessions per week.
The entire session, including proper warm-up, joint preparation, skill work, strength exercises & flexibility training will take about 45 minutes.
This programme can be incorporated with another programme such as your regular classes, or a lifting programme.
After subscribing, you will receive a welcome video outlining the template of how to incorporate the programme with other training modalities.
After purchasing this programme, you will be registered to our App using the Email Address you provide us.
You will be assigned the programme to start on the next Monday after your sign-up date.
The programme contains clear, simple instructions, tackling 1 exercise at a time. And each exercise, contains 1 clear demonstration video.
The programme progresses gradually over 6 weeks.
