The ARC Strict Pull-Up Programme is designed for Athletes who have between 3-6 Strict Pull-Ups and are looking to progress their strength to performing double digit sets (10+)
Athlete's subscribing to this programme will:
If you have less than 3 strict pull-ups, or you are struggling with your form in this range, we recommend doing the ARC - Level 1a Coaching Programme to build the base of foundational gymnastics strength, which will also get you to these numbers in the same time frame.
Athletes who have between 6-10 Pull-Ups already will be able to continue to get stronger on this programme by improving their technical execution + following the progressive overload.
They may need to use some RX+ variations in the early stages of the programme.
This programme is a progressive, 10 week training cycle.
There are 3 training sessions, each lasting around 30 minutes, including warm-up & mobility work.
This programme is perfect for those seeking to add relevant strength work before or after their classes, or to be used in conjunction with another ARC Skill Programme.
ARC – Strict Pull-Ups can easily be trained alongside any full time programme, such as class WOD's. It also works well with the following skill programmes:

After purchasing this programme, you will be registered to our App using the Email Address you provide us. The 10 week programme will be assigned to you, and you will have access to this programme for 5 months, allowing you to refer back, or repeat it anytime in that period.

Every exercise in the programme has an ARC Instructional video, which are found at the bottom of each training section for you to study, copy, & learn from.
