ARC COACHes COURSE


Course Outline:

The Arc Coaches Course has been specifically designed for Functional Fitness Gym Owners & Coaches looking to improve the effectiveness of their coaching delivery, & the size of their business.

There are 4 distinct Modules. After reading each, scroll down to see the schedule of the weekend, and the dates and locations of upcoming courses



Gymnastics Skills:

Coaches attending this course will be run through the basic progression system for the gymnastics skills within Functional Fitness. Through both practical & lecture sections, coaches will learn anatomical knowledge about the musculature involved, and be shown how to identify common faults, what they mean, and how to address them.

Programming Theory:

The Programming Module of this course begins with an important introduction to the biological process responsible for strength adaptations. From here, we go over the traditional models for strength programming and evaluate their usefulness within Gymnastics
& Functional Fitness.

We finish by going over the application of programming in 3 different scenarios, and the typical characteristics of the clients within them:

- Functional Fitness Classes
- Gymnastics Specific Classes
- 1-1 & Online Programming.

Business Solutions:

The Business Section is centred around demonstrating the exact process of growing a gym's membership base predictably.

This Module puts the following sections into a business model:

- Organic & Paid Social Media Advertising
- The Fundamentals Course
- Sales Model & Consultations
- The Class Programme
- Client Acquisition, Retention & Attrition.
- Community
