If you selected "Group Coaching" this is where you see will coaching posts for each training session, and you will have the opportunity to receive some insight on one movement each session in the thread. The movement is indicated in the post.
If you selected "Individual Coaching" you will still have access to this community, but you will also be working 1-1 with an SYN Coach on the App for all movements.
Here is the standard for individual Coaching:

At the end of each training cycle we will be referring to the stats and evaluating all clients.
If you believe you have completed all the tasks at your level, this is when your assignment will be updated to the next level.
This process will repeat until you complete the system! 🤩

When you cancel, you'll continue to have programming / coaching up to your renewal date, at which point access to the app and services will stop.
But we hope you do finish the system, and on top of the system we've already laid out, SYN Coaches will be doing all we can to make sure you are successful and enjoy your SYN journey.
