Before starting this programme you should already have at least a 10 second Handstand.
You will continue to refine your Handstand on this programme, but it operates on the understanding you are already fairly experienced.
If you have completed the 6 week HS Intensive, or you can Handstand for 10 seconds, on or off the wall, you are ready.
There are 3 training sessions per week, including Warm-Ups, Activations, Strength, Skill, Mobility & Exercises for maintaining muscular symmetry.
We do not recommend combining this programme with another gymnastics programme.
You also can't simply "add on" this programme to the end of an existing, high intensity fitness programme.
Your shoulders / hips will not tolerate the volume, and the recovery and therefore results with this programme would be poor.
At the start of this programme, we outline in a specific video how to implement basic training with other weightlifting, gymnastics & fitness movements at a complimentary volume.
After purchasing this programme, you will be registered to our App using the Email Address you provide us.
You will be given an assessment to complete first to determine where you have specific weaknesses in the 3 basic components.
You'll be given 2 welcome videos to watch which explain the process of the programme.
The 12 week programme will begin on the date specified at the top of this page, and you will continue to have access to twice weekly coaching recordings, and access to group feedback with simon for the entire duration.
