Before starting this programme, you should already have enough leg strength to perform controlled Bodyweight Squats aka "Air Squats".
If you do not possess the mobility or strength to take your Hips below your knees on two legs, this should be addressed before subscribing to this programme.
ARC - Pistol is a 6 week training programme.
There are 3 training sessions per week, each lasting 20-30 minutes.
ARC - Pistol is not extremely taxing on the body, and can be easily combined with practically any other training programme.
We recommend doing this programme before Met-Cons, or as a follow-up to a Lifting Session.
After purchasing this programme, you will be registered to our App using the Email Address you provide us. The 10 week programme will be assigned to you, and you will have access to this programme for 5 months, allowing you to refer back, or repeat it anytime in that period should you wish to.

Every exercise in the programme has an ARC Instructional video, which are found at the bottom of each training section for you to study, copy, & learn from.
1-1 In-App Coaching is not available with this programme, but any questions or guidance can be sent through a DM in the app if needed!
