Before starting this programme, you should already have enough strength to perform the

A Strict Ring Muscle-Up is ideal, but not essential.
ARC - (Kipping) Ring Muscle-Up is a 12 week training programme.
There are 3 training sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes.
ARC - (Kipping) Ring Muscle-Up is a detailed and highly taxing programme.
You can use this programme in conjunction with your main training programme, but you may need to reduce volume in certain areas so you have the time, energy & recovery to complete the exercises to the best of your ability each week.
This programme should not be used in conjunction with any other Arc Gymnastics Programme.
After purchasing this programme, you will be registered to our App using the Email Address you provide us. The 12 week programme will be assigned to you, and you will have access to this programme for 6 months, allowing you to refer back, or repeat it anytime in that period should you wish to.
Every exercise in the programme has an ARC Instructional video, which are found at the bottom of each training section for you to study, copy & learn from.
Yes! Due to the technical nature of this skill and multi faceted demands, 1-1 In-App Coaching is highly recommended.
If you select coaching, you will receive written, visual and audible feedback on your movement in the app. Using this feedback you will make corrections to common mistakes and avoid lengthy plateau's.
