Arc Gymnastics is now offering Remote Personal Training Sessions for up to 3 clients at a time.
Step 1 – Assessment
If you are not already having Individualised Programming with ARC Gymnastics, you will need to undergo an assessment.
This assessment takes place on the TrueCoach App, in your own time.
After you have purchased a Personal Training package, you will be registered to the app, and you will be able to view the assessment exercises.
Each exercise will contain a video demonstration with instructions. You will perform, or attempt each exercise to the best of your ability, and upload an edited clip of your performance to the app for review.
Step 2 – Personal Training – Preparation.
Once you have completed the assessment, you will be invited to book either a 1 hour, or 2 hour Personal Training timeslot.
The Personal Training Session will be drafted up, and assigned to you on the TrueCoach App ahead of time for you to study.
Step 3 – Personal Training – The Session.
The Personal Training Session itself will take place on Zoom. You’ll receive the link 10 minutes before the Sessions start time.
I will instruct you when to begin each section of the training session (which you will be able to view on your phone), and I will watch you perform the prescribed work.
Between working sets, I’ll be providing technical feedback on your movement.
This allows you to make valuable corrections in real time.
Step 4 – Programming.
Personal Training sessions are completely separate to any Programming / Coaching Service.
